An Ocarina that can quickly Teleport Players between regions without ever talking to the Pirate NPC. It can only be used by players who have already visited/accessed the Pokémon Center of each of harbor city (Vermilion, Slateport, Pastoria & Castelia City) at least once, to prevent breaking the story line. If a Player has never visited the respective Pokémon Center, of the harbor city they wish to teleport to, the Region Ocarina would let the player know that they have "never visited that harbor city's Pokémon Center yet" and they would be teleported to the player's hometown instead.
