[MOD] Capybara Mod (Replaces Bidoof)

This mod replaces Bidoof and Bibarel sprites with Capybara

Mod includes: regular sprites, shiny sprites, (different for male and female) and custom cry sound. Animations will added soon (maybe)

p.s. I can't draw at all, especially pixel art
