Compromised account

 Hi all,

 

I am not sure where the right place is to submit this but I tried submitting a support ticket but am receiving an error. BAN_APPEAL_RULES_3.

It will not let me submit a ticket.

 

I have not logged in since 2017 and would like someone to review my account if possible.

My email and password is the same so it is odd that my account was hacked. Reading online posts it shows others had this issue after long inactivity, so I am unsure why it is displaying compromised account at sign in.

 

Some help would be appreciated, thank you.
