An empty open map

Question

Where people can buy buildings and place them where they want.

They would need to add a road/water/path where buildings cant be placed, so people's buildings dont block access to other people's buildings.

The buildings would be customisable with names, statues, banners, trophies or stalls etcs

The main point of the idea is to give them freedom to create their own space, which they can share with the public.

I believe its what hidden bases should have became but their restriction to remote places, only acessible by people you know and their very small spaces limited their usage.

If this gets popular enough they could even do auctions for town/street names.

What it proposes is interesting, but pokemon itself is not focused on being the mmorpg of buying properties to sell or use them at will, the secret bases fulfill their function of being places where only clan members or friends can access it.
