Existential doubt

First of all I am going to put them in context before asking my question.
I am a person who downloads pirated games from the Internet, I have been doing it practically all my life and seeing some comments in this forum from people who apparently were banned for using third-party programs, alleging that they never used any external program or anything similar, a question that I started to think, sometimes the cracks of pirated games jump as false positives in the antivirus, my question is, is it possible that the pokemmo anticheat identifies any of these processes of any active crack or something like that as a program of third parties? as well as these sometimes appear in the windows task manager

Maybe the question sounds ridiculous and there is no relationship, but it came up and I wanted to know if someone can clarify the issue for me
