Tiny Star for shiny Pokemon on 6 Pokemon Set (main)

Would it be possible to give a tiny star to the shiny Pokemon to indicate that the Pokemon is Shiny?

 

Picture description: tiny star to the shiny Pokemon from 6 Pokemon set that stands on right , in this case, Dugtrio is shiny
