I wanna ask about encounter, it's 2-5 horde encounter counted as 1 or as of that horde?

I don't think devs are clear on this. You must be wondering if you should use expert lures or not.

 

Up to you if you want to use expert lures or not but I don't usually use unless I want some lure exclusive Pokémon encounters. Some say the double/5x horde(not using sweet scent) becomes a solo encounter if it should be a legendary encounter. This probably is just heresy since I never saw devs confirm this.
