New Player Question

Hello! I saw a clip of someone playing this game on YouTube and immediately decided to try it. I have been playing Pokemon for over 20 years and this game SEEMS to be exactly the game I wish existed officially. Before I actually start playing, I was wondering if there was mints available in this game? Are there berries for lowering stats? Also, are there bottlecaps for IVs? Thank you!

However, you can get the nature you want using the classic method ( everstone ), and for IVs you gotta breed the pokemon holding specefic brace items to pass the IV you want to the egg, generally Breeding mechanics are different in this game than the main series

Actually there are nature mints, but you can only use them on the 4 Legendaries that are released to this time.
