Wisp Bug? - Spear Pillar

I guess that is a Bug, but im looking for the wisp of spear pillar, but i dont see it and neither i got previously

The wisp doesn't appear on Spear Pillar if you have the Lustrous/Adamant orbs on you. 

 

Making stuff in your storage boxes hold these items and returning to Spear Pillar will make the wisp appear

Rache mentioned it was just fixed though so I guess it's no longer an issue? Hopefully so, I have 2x of each and it's annoying to have to pay attention to that 😛
