The idea is straight forward: Create or allow us to create clubs not for a team, but for an Community of certain country or language.
The idea is unite communitys that are totally splitted away, or find people from a specific language, that you can't usually find.
Like the Teams, to form a Language Club you has to find an amount of players from that language(could be 10, like the teams), like for example, for Brazil you has to find 10 Brazilians to create a Brazilian Club.
Some countrys can face problems with name, for example Brazil that has the Team Brasil, can have others but idk, but this can be solved by making the teams with name identical to a country to use the word "Team" before the name(So the team Brasil can never create an club with the name "Brasil", they has to create one with the name "Team Brasil" if they wish to do so. If has an Vietnam Team, for example, they cannot create a club with the Name "Vietnam", they has to use "Team Vietnam").
On those Language Club, you can talk in 2 or more languages: the primarly language of that Club(France for example, you can talk French, Belgium you can talk Dutch and French) and English(For all clubs since it's a forum rule). This helps in the fact that you don't need to use an google translate all the time to talk.
