Could we please change the way we get legendary pokemon

I propose that the current way of getting legendarys be changed to how the base game has it for the respective games in their static spots and on the roaming legendries enc rate go to base game lvl not this always changing enc rate and before anyone starts complaining about legendary Pokémon being busted just ban them for pvp as needed remove the king of the hill temporary obtainable mons feature and make it permanent i among my friends and hopefully allot more people agree with my suggestion if you have your own spin on it go for it write it below if you agree please upvote to get the attention of the people charge. While I agree that the current legendary Pokémon encounter system is somewhat messy, I find myself hesitant to fully support the proposed changes.However, I acknowledge the need for improvements in the current system. Perhaps a boss-battle system where we can acquire those legendaries could be a good idea.
