Two factor authentication for accounts.

I feel like this is a much needed feature for many a players who pour thousands of hours into their accounts and shiny's. Of course you should always have a strong password to protect yourself but that isn't always enough. With the rarity of some mons drawing lots of attention to some players and their accounts, people I've spoken to personally who share the same paranoia and anxiety of having their accounts stolen along with their years of memories and hardwork.

Can confirm, moved states in the US, and had it pop up for the first time for me.
