Ibemvp23 Posted February 13 Share Posted February 13 hi, I'm a long time returning player and I went through the steps to attempt to recover my 4 characters but upon trying to recover them all through the support tickets I get an error message saying unable to recover character when submitting the ticket. Enzo Posted February 13 Share Posted February 13 You can make a ticket about the issue here: https://support.pokemmo.com/ Characters that were deleted more than 3 months ago cannot be recovered unfortunately, so if that was the case we wouldn't be able to help you.
