Is PokeMMO not accepting artists on their team? Or is there a specific way to apply?

I would like to develop some cool outfits for PokeMMO completely free I just want my artist name out there a bit. I would also like to see more diversity in PokeMMO. For Example imagine seeing a player in a  SpongeBob uniform running around or a Sonic the hedgehog? Also can I put my art Instagram up on this post or is it not allowed? I already imagine most people would say that the only way to do something like this would be to add these customizations as a mod. But I would like to hear opinions.
