[Denied] Knock-Off 20 Power to 40 Power

Is it possible for us to get a boost of 20 more for this move? It works great in many significant ways. Plus great for those Special Attackers to come and do some good bit of damage.

Non-canonical custom BP to moves will never be a thing, noting that the moves mechanics were updated the last update, so we have things like higher BP Future Sight canon to later gens. This was made in balance, the buff to Knock Off (which was base 65 in gen 6 and had a 1.5 x multiplier in damage versus an opponent with an item) being one of the exclusions to the move changes.

 

This will probably not be a thing, or at least not until the game adapts to gen 6, which ETA 3???.

Knock Off never had 40 base power, in any gen. So no.

This just about sums up our stance on changes to moves.

 

Moves only recieve canonical changes for balancing purposes.

 

Knock Off has never had 40 Base Power, and therefore we will not be changing it.
