Renewable PP max/up

Like the other thread that is going on about TM's why not one about PP max/up?

 

I suggest there be a crafting element to like what has been suggested for the TM's.  I think once we can grow berries (or if?) we could use the ladies in Hoenn who run the shop (forget which route).  This could create a market for berry growers and artisians by simply mashing berries together with say an  assortment of liquids (water/soda/tea) to make the max's and up's.  

 

I get all excited because it would bring an agricultural element to the game.  Now, this sounds better in my head but I would really like suggestions on how to make this more difficult but not extremely difficult.  Because, just growing berries then buying the other ingredients, which are less than $500, would be extremely easy.

 

Please, suggestions and finer tuning are appreciated as well as constructive criticism.  Thank you!

Able to plant berries more efficiently, and able to craft these berries into other items.

Teacher: Berry master in Hoenn.

Unlock each tier with money investment and experience.
Berry experience: Berries harvested and items created

Upon reaching tier 3 and unique cosmetic item related to the profession is given.

Tier 1:
Able to create Tier 1 Vitamins, which add +5 to a certain EV.
Able to create Tier 1 EV reducers, which remove -5 off a certain EV.
Able to create Tier 1 Battle Items, which add a temporary x2 to a stat in battle.
Able to create Tier 1 PP restores, which restore 10 pp of a move (ether)
Able to create Tier 1 PP ups, which add +1 to a moves maximum pp (Pp up)
Able to create berry juice which restores 50 hit points of a pokemon (super potions)

-Increases amount of harvested berries by 2-3
- Pokeblocks made are 10% better
-Can plant tiny mushrooms

Tier 2:
Able to create Tier 2 Vitamins, which add +10 to a certain EV.
Able to create Tier 2 EV reducers, which remove -10 off a certain EV.
Able to create Tier 2 Battle Items, which add a temporary x3 to a stat in battle.
Able to create Tier 2 PP restores, which restore all PP of a move (max ether)
Able to create Tier 2 PP ups, which add +2 to a moves maximum pp (2 Pp up)
Able to create berry juice which restores 200 hit points of a pokemon (hyper potion)

- Increases amount of harvested berries by 3-4
-Pokeblocks are 20% better
- Can plant big mushrooms

Tier 3:
Able to create Tier 3 Vitamins, which add +15 to a certain EV.
Able to create Tier 3 EV reducers, which remove -15 off a certain EV.
Able to create Tier 3 Battle Items, which add a temporary x4 to a stat in battle.

Yeah it should be a massive grind, with also money investement being required in the form of paying a teacher

This is simple, the woman in the house on Resort Gorgeous' Island. She's supposed to gift certain things as a reward for other things. I mostly want this implemented because Luxury balls are impossible to come by otherwise. But PP Max and the like could also be included.

I really loved your idea, but the amount of ev given by each vitamin/ev reducer doesn't fit imo, it should be 4, 8 and 16 cause they are multiples of 4.

 

And if i need like 220 ev or 40 in some attribute and I'm tier 3, it wouldn't be possible, unless as Tier 3 I still would be able to craft a 4 ev vitamins (Tier 1)
