With all this discussion towards Feebas. Why not just implement him back in the game:

• Feebas can now be found by fishing on Route 119 (add night only if mechanicly possible)
• Prism Scale get's implemented in the game (added to pickup)

It is likely to be implemented back into the game when the Beauty Mechanic becomes available.

The reason we have chosen to do it this way is that we would like to keep its 'max beauty' method of evolution.

 

We have no interest in rushing the implementation of something, especially when it affects the implementation we already have planned.

 

Please be patient, it won't be gone forever.

It is planned just as he said, when the Beauty mechanic is added, then Feebas and Milotic will be available.
