yes its a video bug that has been around for years now.Read the following guide section for more information.It has info and video about bug and tips to work around it.

I Don't know if you want EVERY location sighted, but This Specific location does not look like its on here.

Is this redundant at this point or should I post more if I find things like this again?

I try searching every hour if there is a Pokémon I want from a spot (because the other areas seem to say "every 15 minutes" which is an in game hour) and it seems to work. Also, where can I look to make/find callouts?

Chinese community in channel 5 used to be very active in hunting for pheno and report in global chat.

Dont know if they are still active in that.English global dont realy hunt like that.Some will sometime report when they find something in global.

A note since rock smash rocks were introduce a couple years back, one of them was placed on top of the outer pinwheel shadow Pheno, so rock smash is needed to access it now

Two more rock smash locations are covering up Phenos and will require rock smash to access

I still have questions theses answers havent done anything but make more for starters 

1. So does that mean theres only 2 phenomena for the whole region or just server?

2. if say im in route 1 and i want a phenomenon cant i just wait till it appears?

3. What happenns if i do an encounter before a pheno shows will it reset ? 
4. Basically question 2 cant i just wait for one to pop up on route 1?

1.yes whole unova region.channel and server does not matter.

2.if you logged in or relogged the game in route 1 it will fix the bug that sometimes happen where you cant see pheno.177 known pheno with 10 minute being active and 5-15 minute in a cooldown.waiting could take lots of hours to get a specific tile to become a pheno even if your on a screen with like 3 close by.best thing you can do is have a 10 minute interval alarm on youtube or something and login to see if there is something then log out and repeat.thats how i did it to collect pictures after players told me where they found something new.took many hours login every 10 minute to find specific tiles.

3.when a pheno becomes active on a specific tile it will be there for 10 minutes no matter what you do.

4.you can but thats not efficient to get a specific tile to become active as it can take many hours.

Hey, according with gpt chat, in the original Pokemon black and white, to activate the agitated grass phenomenal, you need to walk for two hundred fifty six steps near a grass, but I hear that in Pokemmo the activation rate in every location was changed,someone's which very lower rates. Is it true? If is, can someone share with me where are the locations with higher appearance rates?

I learned that just 2 phenomenal can happen at a specific location, but what that means? That if there 2 phenomenal occurring in route 5,but I am in route 1, so don't will occur any phenomenal in route 1 until the ones in route five cease?

sorry late reply i did not see it because you did not put @mightyboxer so i got no notification.

 

there is no higher appearance rates.in pokemmo 2 pheno spawn somewere randomly in over 177 know tile locations.These 2 pheno are either active or in a cooldown to spawn somewhere again.At any time in the game there can be 2 active pheno / 1 active pheno + 1 pheno in a cooldown / or 2 pheno in a cooldown.

yes if 2 pheno are active in route 5 no other locations will have a pheno because only 2 can be active at any time.
