They simple Just try to do a raffle with shiny pokemons/vanity ,you have to put the spot in 200/200 you can lower the spots but Highest spots is 200.And then you have to put per ticket cost like 1 ticket=15k (How much your wish you can put it) then try to sell thses tickets to your friends they will buy tickets and you will have to add them in forum. I hope you understand that ^^
