Without Deoxys, this would be a pointless location and would only disappoint people thinking that they can battle/catch it. If Deoxys does become available someday and is placed here, we would likely have to take away existing Aurora Tickets, upsetting players in the process.

Alright, time to resolve and lock this. While it may be true that the shiny chance is not a flat rate, every single player has a chance to find one and it's far from impossible to do so. [spoiler][/spoiler] With that being said, there's not much that can be done by the player to increase their chances. Donator status gives a 10% increase is the only way to actually boost your rate. With or without it, my advice is to encounter lots of Pokemon in different areas. You'll find one eventually~

This causes some unfixable issues with the ferry between Vermilion City and the Sevii Isles. If you decide to do it anyway, we can't stop you, but we also can't unbreak it for you afterwards. It's okay to rebattle gyms 1-6 + 8 if they've been reset (they were during an update many months ago), but it's best to avoid doing the 7th again for this reason. As others have stated, you still have all of your badges. They appear greyed out because they are actually supposed to be colourless. An alternative method if NPCs are on too high of a level for you to manage to Sketch is to let a wild Ditto transform into a Pokemon that knows Spore, bring Smeargle in holding a Chesto Berry (or some have some Awakenings on hand), and Sketch the Ditto once it uses Spore. Since the problem has been solved, I'll be locking this thread now~

Unfortunately I doubt that this will be possible. The Pokemon is a gift, meaning that you are unable to trade it to someone with the ability to alter it. The nature change command is restricted to the user's own party, so cannot be changed while it's in your posession and the ribbon locking it to your character cannot be removed. It can always be run as a 25/25/7/25/25/31 modest at least, and Explosion still stings at its current strength.

The game has Pokemon from generations 1-3. Leafeon is a gen 4 Pokemon, so not available~

Arcanine has only ever been able to learn Will-o-Wisp by TM - it has never been a level-up, egg, or tutor move for it. As we do not have a Will-o-Wisp TM here, Arcanine is unable to learn the move at all.

Currently you can see 378 and catch 357~ I've personally seen 377 and caught 356, with Rayquaza being the only one that I'm missing. The Pokemon that can be seen but not caught can all be seen in the Battle Frontier. Mewtwo and Rayquaza are special encounters appearing in Cerulean Cave and Sky Pillar respectively that pass from person to person through PvP when someone finds one, eventually returning to the wild. Everything else can be obtained through normal means.

A major con is that this is extremely non-canon and makes Hidden Power an absurdly valuable move on a huge number of Pokemon, thus actually reducing variety. The only times that Hidden Power has been physical in the handhelds is in games that didn't determine whether a move is physical or special on an individual basis (instead basing it on type), and after that, it has always been special. While it's true that some types are missing a decent physical/special move with high distribution, this isn't the way to go about fixing it and I can safely say that it will not be happening.

Going to have to vote for the lightest one this time, darker colours don't really suit such a pale Pokemon. The second one looks just right.
