Updated IV inheritance mechanics: We now pass 3 random stats from parents in Gen 4 fashion.     FeaturesMewtwo has been spotted in the wild.Mewtwo may be found in Cerulean Cave, at very low encounter chances. Catching Mewtwo will start a global PvP event. Only one Mewtwo may exist in the world at any given time. The current owner of Mewtwo will be forced to accept all PvP duels. When the owner of Mewtwo is defeated, the victor will be given Mewtwo. Mewtwo comes with a preset build at levels 90~100, instead of its normal movepool at that level range. The current owner of Mewtwo may not store or trade Mewtwo. If the owner logs off while owning Mewtwo, it will automatically be released to the wild. NPC Trainers will now become furious at the sight of players, and in their rage, will be unable to withhold their will to battle. Players will be paralyzed by fear when confronted by a Trainer. Added Idle NPC movements for the majority of NPCs. Outbreaks of swarms have been observed in the wild. Local television stations are now reporting on them. Added Information tab (Caught Level/Location) functionality.This is not retroactive. Old, empty data will never be displayed. The Name Rater is now available in Lavender Town, for a fee. Both OT and Non-OTs may have their name changed using this method, although Non-OTs have a significantly higher price. A psychic seeking to shed light on hidden powers, for a fee, has appeared in Lavender Tower. Added summary linking functionality. Players may show their summaries in chat by dragging from the Party frame to the Chat Input frame (where your text shows up when you are typing a chat message). Added Autorun functionalityPlayers who toggle this setting On will not have to hold down the "Run" key (Default: X) in order to run. Pressing the key once will retain run speed until it is pressed again. This setting may be changed in the Options menu, under the Gameplay tab. Added EXP toggle functionality to Daycares.     I did notice that the gas station on the corner went down in 10 cents since Monday. Don't know if that's directly affected by the government shutdown, but I do know it's under $3.00 and extremely rare.

    I earn my own living as a cook, and it pays well, so it doesn't bother me much.
     
    As a Libertarian, I'm all about minimal government involvement in all things, so as soon as I hear the words "government shutdown" I get excited.
     
    I mean, independence IS SUPPOSED TO BE one of the ideals America was built on, so why is everyone getting their panties in a bunch over the government shutting down? I hope it's a permanent thing, but that's probably just wishful thinking.

    -I'll give you that Pidgey's a silly option to fly on, but logically none of the early-game birds (Pidgeot, Swellow, Staraptor, Unfezant) can be flown on unless the player character is an infant. They're capable of being flown on out of necessity.
     
    -Wailord is big and light for its size, but so is a balloon. Wailord may simply have a lot of empty space inside of it.
     
    -Fire/Flying is actually logical for Charizard - it may look like a dragon but it's unmistakeably fire and can also fly. Both dragon and flying work, and they chose flying.
     
    -Gastly is essentially formless - it lacks any sort of bone structure, therefore it isn't far fetched that it can create a fist shape from its gaseous body.
     
    -Even if not popular, little cup is still a tier. Banning individual moves when they fully function is no different from banning Skarmory and Blissey from official tournaments - it would please some people but most others would find it stupid.
     
    Yes, Pokemon logic can be dumb at times. Pokemon that learn moves learn them for a reason though. It turns out that I was wrong about Spoink being armless, but those are tiny arms - too tiny to punch with. Mareep can't possibly punch at all. Lotad is even dumber to imagine trying to punch something. Nidoran using superpower? It's a tiny rabbit. Just no. I could continue listing examples, but...
     
    Yes, we should have access to those moves. However, this is absolutely not the way to go about it. To add these moves to unevolved Pokemon defies all logic. Would it not be a much better solution to just add the tutors themselves? No movepools utterly destroyed, Pokemon using moves that are impossible with their body types, etc. Pretty sure it's been suggested before though.
     
    Overall, the main problem with the suggestion is simply that it's impossible even for Pokemon logic.

    ^ Need I elaborate even more on how ridiculous some of these moves would be?

    Well I do not know if others face this, but I do.
    Whenever I try to whisper someone, and it says "<name> could not be found", I'm in a doubt- Is the name I typed wrong? Is the person offline? Is there no such account?
    I would suggest the developers to be specific-
    1) If the person Im whispering doesn't exist, or I've typed out the wrong username in /w, then the announcement made to me should be "<name> does not exist"
    2) If the typed name is correct and a character of that username exists, but is offline, then the announcement made to me should be - "<name> is offline right now."

    That is all I had to suggest, because it leads me a misconception that the person I'm whispering to is offline, and I realise later the spelling mistake in the name.

    I don't see a Spoink or Mareep using fire punch when they have no arms. There's a reason this isn't a thing in the handhelds; many of these moves just simply don't make sense to be on the pre-evolutions. The ones that do make sense are on the pre-evolutions such as thunderpunch on Charmander since it has a body that can perform it, but adding impossible moves is not only completely illogical but also messes up little cup.
