In Hoenn, you get them from your Mom after doing the entire Rival battle thing.
To add to this -In unova you receive running shoes from your mother when you enter route 2.

Don't get hit. He uses u-turn switches into something. Counter his switch then expect mien coming and double switch. Not hard. (Predict a switch.)
Mien is easy to kill just annoying to pin down

today we say farewell to a member of ours who has grown with us and learned to care about the team along side us. @GrayFia is retiring from PokeMMO, she was one of our best members on WinD she will be remembered for her very high level competitive play, she climbed up the rank leaderboards proving she can battle and beat the best standing high. Her time on PokeMMO was shorter than most (since the 27th of JULY 2017) But her skills have truly Improved at a rate i cannot discribe.
On behalf of WinD we Thank You GrayFia for being a member of our team and growing along side us as you did, you will be missed. Take very good care of yourself my friend. log on now to say goodbye!

Day in and Day out i can't wait much longer. The anticipation is killing me. We are nearing LATE April soon and perhaps we'll hear some good news
Just imagine i could be logged in right now as i type this.
I would be Rekting in pvp, sniping gtl, laughing on team chat and watching everyone afk at vermil. What more could we ask for?
This is literally bigger than any new region releases. (Imo)
Wondering if there will be an icon of some sort, to show whos on Android and who is on the computer.

I had a friend who came back to the game a month ago. Lost his old account info. Made a new account. Played without my help or anyone's advice. Beat the story and then remembered his old account info and logged back into it. Then afk'd in vermil...He said it was harder and he lost a bit but he was able to get passed it using wild Pokemon he found and just playing smart.
I don't see how you can't do this..
