Hey there, the team itself looks good it definitely could use some improvements with trial & error. Perhaps try putting Facade on Conk. and Safegaurd for Stealth rocks for blissey. Also i gathered some links to help you - Best of luck ^^;

Let's not forget it's pretty limited on Dev Staff too, so it's going to take some time before reaching that point. from my understanding, it's been in the back-burner for quite some time. Can't wait to see what the MMO staff bring in future, truly.

Generally there's a 2-3 year gap per region. so i wouldn't be expecting another one anytime soon. i think ^ said everything. At least a year to even be considering another region to have enough interest in adding, while ensuring survival & continued support via the player-base. while the main focus right now seems to be polishing the game-play like the upcoming update, PvP focused & the amount of "not yet implemented" seems to be the highest priority right now.

This is a how-to & beginner guide on everything team related. Team Chat | Community | Team Events | Team Tournaments | Team Tag | Forum Club | FAQ First things first, you'll be asking "What are teams for", well let me explain for you with in-depth detail. I won't give out any other team names for the matter of privacy, asides my own. . Team Tag: when deciding to join a team, or even creating one you'll have to think about how the Team Tag looks like. ^ See here this is what my tag looks like, you need to be comfortable with having a tag that you'll have hopefully for a long time, consider it the essence of your new team. Team roles: 1 Boss Unlimited Executive Unlimited Commander Unlimited Officer 150 Member 150 Grunt Team Chat: Team chat is available now ~ congrats! Now we have to access it. settings (gearbox on chat) > add new tab > name it team > click team + whispers > update tab > change to team tab > click next to where you type from “normal” to “team” and boom. It will be like this: Hey everyone! Community: Asides from team chat, normally teams have a source of communication outside of the game. usually varies from Messenger | Discord | Whatsapp | Skype It'll be important to have this, so you keep the team informed of events & get along with each other to enhance the game-play & enjoyment. Team Events: Teams normally do team exclusive catching events, tournaments & even some fun/unique events, where you're more likely to win something then you would trying at Official Pokemmo events. There are many teams out there, and finding the right one Tailor-made for your needs can be tricky. We have the classic PvP teams, normally the ones you'll see at Team Tournaments the most. Then you have Shiny Hunting teams, normally these guys are the richest amongst us in terms of assets. You might stumble upon some Language based teams too, they're out there for sure. While having some teams that like the more casual approach, & maybe even Family - core. Last but not least, then you have the Hybrids. Which can be Shiny Hunting & PvP | Pvp Family - core | Casual & Family - core How/Where do i recruit? Now that you've made a team, you're going to need members & how you do this you ask? Global Chat & Channel Chat are a nice start to recruiting for your team, you could also join the MMO discord & post a Recruitment in the appropriate channel. You could also try in Reddit, along with the MMO forums if they're looking. When Recruiting on Global or other chats, try to explain what the team is & what you can offer. Here is a example "Team Phoenix [ENIX] is recruiting! PvP family - core with Discord/Club. Currently looking for LC & DUB players, Whisper to join." Hey there ^^ so in my opinion, Biggest threats the current OU meta is - Garchomp - Conkeldurr - Reuniclus - Rain teams. Garchomp with Yache berry is problematic. And most movesets for cloyster is Icicle spear - Shell smash - rock blast - ice shard/HP fire. with a focus sash. Skarmory is good for having Roar with rocks/spikes spam.
