Team Wish is an elite competitive team founded back in 2012 by the ex-global moderator StarLite. Ever since it's founding it has been a strong competitive team aiming for greatness and beyond. 
 
Recruitment:
We only recruit individuals who have potential and are motivated to grow even stronger than they were before. To join us, you'll have to private message an officer in-game to make an appointment for your entry duel. As we do not blindly invite competitive people, we would first like you to have an entry duel with one of our members. In this duel, we determine if you will be accepted into the team. You are not required to defeat your opponent, we only observe your dueling 'skills'.

So, guys, here's the thing.
 
They don't encrypt passwords, they hash passwords. This means that the result is a block of bits that is very hard to revert to the original, given that it is sufficiently long. If implemented smartly, the hash function is seeded (and secret), making a brute-force attack even more infeasable. Hashed passwords are never unscrambled, because this would still impose a major security flaw. Instead, a password to be verified is scambled using the same hash function and the scrambled passwords are compared. More on hashing here. In short, this means that even if moderators could access the database, they could still not see your password. If your password is strong enough, there's no way they can access your login credentials. Although I highly doubt moderators have database access, that's something for (system) administrators.

Hacking the ROM will have very little to do with your ability to turn it into an MMO.  The one thing it'll help with is general familiarity with the ROM (where things are, what pointers are, some assembly, etc) but the actual programming is pretty tricky.
 
I was messing around with a single player version back in the eternal days (RIP in pieces) but it was a lot more work than I expected, so I dropped that shit.
 
So no - not easy, unless you're a brilliant developer familiar with asynchronous development, ROM parsing, rendering, etc, etc...

its not like i have something against people who do decide to change gender nor do i think it should be forbidden to change gender, believe me or not i still believe in human free rights/will. it's just i feel like we shouldnt promote it simply because it goes against the laws of nature. and what i mean with that is, you're born as a male/female, then you have the characteristics of the gender you were born as. i dont believe in males being females or vice versa, in my opinion that's bullshit
