How'd you get all 3 around you outside their ball like that? Also did you luck out with the natures or did you breed them in once you got the shiny? Must've been incredible expensive.

Is there a good XP spot in Mt Silver that DOESN'T involve Sturdy mons? Near the PC there's Donphan and I don't like the 50/50 on Steelix.

Has anybody else tried this method with some success? I'm purposely putting off my first fight with him since I know it's worth more money, to have a team that I know can beat him with Amulet Coin active.

Recently completed the regions, finished OT dex, and assembled a Gym Run team that earns me about 300k during that hour. With Halloween events likely dropping soon, I'm wondering if there are certain teams/mons I should start to breed in preparation. I've heard things like Wide Guard Aerodactyl, Krookodile, and Chandelure all being good options for what I assume is the Pumpking fight. But beyond that, in terms of having safe ways to shiny hunt the themed swarms or beat the minibosses or the trainers, what should I be doing to get ready for this?

Is there a tutorial on properly setting this up with PokeMMO in a batch file? It's quite annoying to start up GEC, then start up PokeMMO and have the counter not overlaid and running, and restart everything until it lines up correctly, sometimes requiring multiple tries.

SphealTeamSix's OT Shiny Collection 1. Shiny Sealeo (33,639 encounters) 11/9/2023 @ Route 230 Didn't catch my first shiny through regular gameplay clearing the regions or while completing OT dex, so I thought my first should be my namesake. Farmed encounters with Leppas before finding this beauty. I immediately bred it down to Spheal to use as my follower and may eventually breed it to perfect IVs when I have enough money saved up.

I'm still clearing the regions, but I understand this is one of the bigger events in the game, with particle mons, rare spawns, boss battles, etc. My initial plan was to clear the regions, farm money with berry farming and trainer rebattles, then work on building a gym run team. With this event likely only a month and a half away, I just want to get an idea of what you veteran players think I should do to prepare for these events in terms of how I should be spending/saving my money right now.

I'm a little confused. I was trying to find Staryu and searched Unova Route 13 in the Pokedex tool, it only returned Jellicent and Alomomola as the water types. As a matter of fact it doesn't even list Staryu in Unova.

It'll be nice not having to do Safari Zone and potentially lose a shiny to get these Johto mons in dex.

@DragoTamer has a lot of "Optimal" guides you can largely copy-paste for various PvE usages, while adding whatever else you think might be useful. While at work I had some other interesting ideas for the site: Volume in your price charts to see not only the supply in the market, but how much is selling Team comps and held items of the Gym Rebattles/E4 Rebattles as well as popular rich trainers and the likes of Cynthia and Mori (mons/EVs/IVs/movesets/items) as well as optimal Amulet Coin paths based on regions unlocked (though I understand this would require quite a bit of actual testing) Popular team comps (mons/EVs/IVs/movesets/items) FOR doing said rebattles, additionally comps for Battle Frontier and various PvP formats would be cool to see. That shouldn't be too difficult to find as far as the usage/win statistics, but would be interesting to look at the movesets and items since PokeMMO differs slightly from the mainline games, especially in move and learnsets Popular EXP spots for simple leveling. I know you have spots for various EV farming, and everybody knows about BF Tentas and RT12 Rapidash, but some alternatives that are close to Pokemon Centers for people who may already have shinies of those mons would be interesting as well Just spitballing, but wanted to let you know while the ideas were fresh.

Not sure if this is a reasonable request, but are there any resources you could include for shiny hunters? Maybe expected odds/cost for egg/repel shunting, best places to farm shiny breeders via hordes, specific shiny catchers (Smeargle/Teddiursa/Damp/Cute Charm/Reactive Gas/etc) and what those mons commonly have as moveset/nature/IV/EV?
