I made the changes but how should Claydols CM set look?

Well, just going to start doing some and request to have it added to main post. Mostly its move sets with the gen 4 phys / special split. I have some free time and would like to contribute to the community and anyone else is welcome to comment. But I'm gonna tackle this like throwing rocks at a chansey in the safari. Anyways, thanks for the footing for a lot of this to everyone else and here we go. Takes too long for pics so those will be last. Alakazam [spoiler] MakeUmbreonCryZam Ability: Synchronize Item: Leftovers Nature: Timid/Modest Ivs and Evs: Higher Hp and Sdef along with High Satk and Speed. 252 Satk, enough speed to hit 179 (outspeed Gengar), and put the rest in Hp or Sdef. Moveset: Psychic Calm Mind Signal Beam / Hidden Power Fighting / Shadow Ball Substitute[/spoiler] Arcanine [spoiler] Not much changes but crunch is now a physical move. Ability: Intimidate Item: Choice Band Nature: Adamant / Brave EVs: 252 ATK + 252 HP Moveset: Extremespeed Crunch Iron Tail / Double Kick Overheat [/spoiler] Blissey Still a special defence wall. Nothing new here. Breloom [spoiler] SporePunch Item: Leftovers, Lum berry Nature: Adamant Ivs and Evs: 252 Atk, Aim for 110-120 speed, rest in Hp. Although max speed is fine since Breloom won’t be tanking any hits. Gains Rock Slide and T-Punch for lack of HP Ghost with Split. Moveset: Spore Focus Punch / Super Power Mach Punch Rock Slide, T-Punch, Leech Seed, Sludge Bomb, Iron Tail or Double Edge[/spoiler] Charizard [spoiler] BellyZard Item: Salac berry Nature: Adamant/Lonely Ivs and Evs: 252 Atk and Speed, If using Substitute hit an Hp that allows you to activate Salac after a Substitute+Belly Drum so you’re left with around 25% Hp. You have a bit more for options now with physical attacks so consider mixing it up. Moveset: Belly Drum Endure/Substitute Fire Punch / Brick Break EQ / T Punch / Wing Attack / Double Edge[/spoiler] [spoiler] Sunny Zard Item: Lum Berry / Charcoal Nature: Timid / Modest Ivs and Evs: 252 SP ATK + 252 SPEED A little on the surprising side but still might just work. Sunny Day Flamethrower / Fire Blast Solarbeam Hidden Power Flying / Rock / Ice [/spoiler] Claydol [spoiler] SpinnerDoll Item: Leftovers Nature: Relaxed/Sassy Ivs and Evs: 252 Hp and rest in Def/Sdef Moveset: Rapid Spin Earthquake Psychic Toxic/Ice Beam/Light Screen/Reflect/Explosion/Rest Other move options can be Hidden Power Fighting, Shadow Ball, Signal Beam, Ancient Power, and other old physical Hidden Powers. [/spoiler] Crobat [spoiler] Late Game Sweeper Item: Lum Berry/Leftovers Nature: Timid Ivs and Evs: 31 speed isn’t absolutely necessary as it can’t beat the other 2 pokemons in the 200 speed tier. Although Crobat can pick off weakened Jolteons and Aerodactyls with Sludge Bomb and Steel Wing. 252 Atk, hit 190 speed to outspeed Alakazams or max speed, put leftovers into Hp. Moveset: Sludge Bomb Shadow Ball Giga Drain Confuse Ray/Heat Wave [/spoiler] Dugtrio Not many changes from what I see. Might be moved to ubers again.

Yeah, out of everyone I have talked to on my team and just on my friends list. The people who are not on the fence are against it and some aren't quitting the game. Just quitting comp. What about changing this entire meta with a split? Everyone who waited for the implemented pokes from gen 3 that were missing is now getting screwed. Besides there's been no mention of the johto starters but the priority to change a ton of moves and breeding first to delay hoenn. Wow.

My favorite part about this split is how good its going to make Banette.

Whats the point of playing a shitty version of showdown? Because thats what it seems like they are striding for. I will admit that I am against a split at the moment. I just don't see the point of a preemptive strike against the game with one. Sure, it will mix up a lot of stuff and make lots of my own comps worth a lot less. But on the other side, why not wait to add gen 4 moves with the split? Or wait to do the split until you can do so? Wouldn't that make more sense? I liked the quirks of gen 3 since this was the only thing that I could play with that. And I dont see why just emerald could have the split and not the fire red area of the map. PS- All hidden power moves will be changed to special.

Under Primeapes description you should change the item for this set. Choice Band Item: Lum Berry Also at the end of Muks summary you should change it to shadow ball. "The Ghost types have to be careful with HP Ghost or Shadow Punch."

Or else we are going to write up sets for tentacool with the NFE.

I'd also like to point out that physical rapidash could also run the moves megahorn and low kick.

Also with a neutral nature azumarill has 204 attack with full evs and huge power. It actually reaches 224 with adamant nature.

Instead of HP fire on Mr mime you forgot that it has the punches too. Fire Punch and Ice punch.
