  1. Lionel Richie suing Adele...I was really waiting for it. Adele ripped off him so badly...

  2. It may be mean and cruel...but I totally laughed until I couldn't breath when I saw this http://i.imgur.com/27YKNQ5.gif

  3. Channel 1: mostly dead. It isn't what it used to be the last two years, not even close. Vermilion's where the action's at though. Channel 2: It's fun and some people there are funny too. Treat it like 4chan's /b/ and don't take anything too serious. Channel 3: Home of the cringe and the attention craving people. Stay out. The remaining 4 channels remain quite unoccupied, though I've been in ch 5 and 7 and I've met some very nice people.
  4. The real question is...why did we move from Celadon!!??
  5. And they don't stop coming and they don't stop coming and they don't stop coming and they don't stop coming

  6. I once saw a Dugtrio beating an Aero in speed in an official tourney, that's why. I think it had a salac berry and it 0hkoed the Aero with reversal.
  7. Yeah, and I was also thinking how the lack of Weezing, Skarmory and Dusclops on a team (or if Dugtrio is kept alive while the aforementioned tanks die) makes Dugtrio totally unbeatable. I was thinking about sending out a flying type to counter him, but even Aero is no match for him. He is really cancer material for the tier. +1 252 Atk Dugtrio Reversal (200 BP) vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Aerodactyl: 334-394 (110.9 - 130.8%) -- guaranteed OHKO Drats.
  8. It usually takes me...2 hours to fully EV train a pokemon. Less than 2 mins with the proteins though. Gotta' love BF.
  9. I think what is really ban-worthy about Dugtrio is his ability "Arena Trap". His base attack is rather sub-par (though a stab EQ hits like a truck), and he is also an excellent Reversal user. I'm not taking into account his damage or speed when I talk about banning him, but his stupid ability that most of the time means a sure kill.
  10. Even in the original Pokemons (and all pokemons so far) you can see the enemy's life-bar. Showdown made it easier by putting it in %.
  11. Wat. But yeah, I do agree with this idea. It's very necessary. Most exemplary, if you are going for a reckless move that might cost your life (Double-Edge).
  12. I think I'm the only one waiting for this famous "Reconnect Button". I'm fed up with being DCed from BF. It's really irritating.
  13. Ahoy matey. See you around and welcome aboard.
  14. I totally agree with the suggestion. It's way better tp have a complete Pokedex than a lack luster one. Plus, Java's memory leaks sometimes make online browsing a nightmare. It used to happen to me until I got a better pc.
  15. Might as well close the topic since you guys are always right and the damage calculations never come out wrong.
  16. 1v1 with the opponent right next to me. He obviously did not show me a different Starmie and my Exeggutor was level 50. The guy did use Leftovers and even once he did not use any items at all. Starmie was Timid because the whole team saw it. It would be easier to test the in-game calculator rather than blame the players.
  17. Then why did my Exeggutor get 0hkoed? I gave you the IVs it has and tested it on two different calculators. Plus, it was a 1v1.
  18. Starmie was linked to me after match was over, it was timid with leftovers. I know what I saw.
  19. Nature of the Exeggutor is Modest. Starnie was holding Leftovers.
  20. Just tried again and max damage output is 99%. My point still stand that the damage calculator is broken, as I did 15 tests on Pokemon Showdown Gen 3 ladder and never did my Exeg get 0hko ed.
  21. Actually, it was in the Gen 3 calculator.
  22. It's a rhetorical question, as I came to the conclusion that it is indeed broken and not working appropiately. Today I battled this guy who had a Starmie with Leftovers against my Exeggutor with Petaya Berry. According to this: Starmie Ice Beam vs. Exeggutor: 246-290 (74.3 - 87.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO Safe match, I assumed. He practically 0hko-ed me. That obviously raised some questions, so I asked him to link the Starmie and it was Timid. I did another calculation taking out 6 IVs from HP and Sp Def (because my Exeg has 24 in hp and sp def): Starmie Ice Beam vs. Exeggutor: 258-304 (79.6 - 93.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO I'd really like an explanation.
  23. You can just use Stockpile in further gens (or in this one, not sure if the stockpile in PokeMMO is updated for further gens) on a weezing to increase its Sp Def and Def. You take Swallow and Spit Up out though.
  24. If you ask a metafag, they'll surely say no, but yes, it is a decent combo. I've seen it being used by Weezings, but you just want the Stockpile/Swallow part.
