This could help you, the way I avoid these problems is by using the pokemon's nickname. A pokemon with a 31 IV in attack and speed, I would name it 'ATK-SPD' when caught. If the pokemon has a hidden ability, the name would be 'ATK-SPD ~HA~'. This allows me to quickly identify and easily organize. I also name my PC boxes after egg groups, sort my hunts into them, and then organize the pokemon in a similar order to IVs, but horizontally. This means that if I were to want to change my boxes around by moving pokemon between them and renaming them, they will remain in order when moved. I'm upvoting for obvious QoL reasons, but I hope this helps in the meantime!

I would say alphas are in a surprisingly good place, and the rate at which they spawn has already dropped prices in some egg groups. This is offset by the ability to shiny hunt Alphas by purchasing these alphas that are posted in abundance. This serves the community in many ways, and keeps the market cycling out these posted alphas at a reasonable speed. If your goal is to increase the ease of shiny hunting an alpha, you might consider egg hunting firsthand. You also have the option of catching any alpha on multiple characters, and using those catches to reroll your alpha. There is no limit to how many accounts can catch an alpha, and if this is what interests you, would definitely be an avenue to consider(outside of the GTL).

I remember feeling lucky to have Kanto. PokeMMO has already smashed my expectations, I have no right to doubt anything anymore.

This is what I was referring to, and my point is that it lessens incentive you've just pointed out, because it is similar to handling a Pokemon with that HM anyway, aside from a quick PC visit on the rare occasion these are needed. If there is an option to automate that interaction, I would find buying these Ocarinas far more enticing. That is the core of the suggestion, and as you said about, you can simply press A to Surf/Dive/Waterfall/etc. but Flash/Defog operate similarly to how a Pokemon in your party would anyway. It is a minor QoL I'm not disputing that, just that the functions of these Ocarinas could be adjusted to have them feel as convenient as other Ocarinas. This problem could also be solved by increasing the number of Hotbar slots available, 9 just isn't enough anymore.

Improve usage of these Ocarinas by providing players with an optional prompt to use their Ocarina when entering an area that requires Flash or Defog. Currently other Ocarinas have a somewhat automated usage, while Defog and Flash have less incentive to purchase, as it requires a similar amount of steps to use that simply using a Pokemon would take. I currently don't have these Ocarinas for this very reason, but that would quickly change with this QoL improvement.

I'm all for expanding with what's already available, but I feel things like this would land pretty far down on the priority list. It would also be safe to assume that these areas are reserved for staff & staff gatherings.

Allow players to upgrade their Town Map, or acquire a version of the Town Map that will allow viewing all regions- regardless of your current region. This would reduce the amount of times an alpha/swarm is called out late, as well as reducing pressures on players who may want to multitask such things. Personally I would pay 1000RP for such an item, but I do think this would fit into a general QoL considering how PokeMMO is evolving and expanding.

I'm not a mobile player, but if it were me I would look for a profile settings file and manually change them to WASD in the meantime.

This idea would be to offer some benefits to lesser used/painstaking areas of the game. Keep in mind, these vanities would be expensive, the '2.5%' variable used is an estimated placeholder for the idea, and would need proper balancing where increases are concerned. I feel this accomplishes something quite similar to what the Ocarinas do, and if balanced correctly could only really serve to benefit those who are undergoing an inevitably long & possibly fruitless hunt. Safari Set: 4/4 (Hat/Top/Bottom/Back) Reduces the chance safari encounters will flee by 2.5% Excavator Set: 4/4 (Top/Bottom/Back/Gloves) 2.5% chance to find an additional fossil Caretaker Set: 4/4 (Hat/Top/Bottom/Back) Egg hatching time is reduced by 2.5% Sparkling Set: 4/4 (Hat/Top/Bottom/Back) If a shiny Pokemon leads your party, encounter rates increase by 2.5% These are just a handful I could think of, but I am mostly interested in the idea of collectable vanities with some minor functions in the world. Yes, these fonts do have the chinese alphabet available, though it doesn't seem to be using letters. I will look into this, but for now please do not encourage altering my theme's files.

PokeMMO is already far faster than any vanilla pokemon game.. reduced animation times for many attacks, simplified global animations for less impressive hits, and an additional/faster text speed setting. These things alone offer ways to speed up your gameplay, not to mention the ability to interact and trade, which can offer unique advantages that can result in completely skipping parts of the story. Such as buying a Pokemon with HM Cut already learned, without having to board the S.S. Anne.
