Yes you do, everyone who registered at the incorrect time has been sent a PM regarding the oversight and that they will need to register again.
The correct sign up time is in fact, 7:00PM EDT. We apologize greatly for the oversight. -

Every time a change is made the bracket gets shuffled, it's just how traditional seeding works. -

The bracket is never final until the tournament begins... you should always be expecting changes, especially when reserves are going to be thrown in. -

We will be changing how registration works, and adding a few rules such as:
1. Cannot sign up anyone but yourself.
2. Only one sign up per forum account.
And the person who signed up first PM'd me saying it was their friend. However, these rules were not specified in the thread or anywhere else, which in the future registration rules will fall on the host to add in. But because these rules are not specified, I decided it would be best to just add the player in and apologize for removing you. Soon I will try and use challonge as a sign up area rather than the forums, just as a test.
