I don't think it depends on what you kill, but what encounters you get in the area. Seems all area of the sea where you can catch Tentacruels give you Poison barb.

I'v never thought about if a dc falls under the same category as an activity win. I guess it should. I'l update rules and include this to make it more clear. Either way, I really don't like the fact zebra decides when he can and can't pay, unlike Egg. I would love to blacklist zebra, since he's already shown he won't pay if he doesn't feel like it with another incident, but there isn't much I can do to stop him betting, if someone wants to bet with him, I can't really stop them. No problem. I appreciate the start you did, it had a lot of useful information which was all included in this guide. I do add locations even if they have no loot, just to show everyone there is no loot in that area. Good catch on isle 4, that one I must have missed, I'l add it in now. If anyone spots any other locations I have missed, be sure to call them out.
