Whilst Spanish is the second most popular language after English, here is my intake on it.
Theoretically if we were to allow a Spanish section, it would be great, but then there would be people speaking other languages who feel they have the same right. In my opinion, Portuguese and French are the next popular languages, then there will be those from Brazil, Poland, and the list goes on.
Afterwards you would have to assign staff members for all those languages, and those who may rely on translators might not get the reliable response. (It's happened to me when using translate sources)
I also feel that they may isolate themselves from the rest of the Community (I've seen this from another game before) and the atmosphere may turn more hostile towards those who don't speak that tongue.
Personally, although a good idea, I don't think I would support it... (yet)

Edit: I don't think those who disagree have racist / prejudice views but more to the point on how it would bring the community together (or apart) over time, at least I don't.
