This question may or may ot be relatd to breeding: When the pokedex lists a possible move under the category "special", does that mean it needs to be brought by reproduction? I'm trying to raise a Gardevoir and I'd like it to have "Wish" which is listed as "SPECIAL" Anyone knows ?

I start a topic because I didn't find my answer here or in the guide section: Is there a NPC that can tell you the type of HP your pokemon has ? I know there should be one in the pokemon tower 1st floor and one in Fortree city, but they have both been replaced by some NPC which offer to change your HP type (and lower your IVs... lol). So.. Any help appreciated

No, no, I mean where is the ice puzzle/strength puzzle? I've searched everywhere in the cave around 4 times and all I found was the hole puzzle..

Can anyone help me on how to go to the strength puzzle and the ice puzzle? Once I enter the cave I only find one entrance which invariably leads me to the hole puzzles (around top right of the cave). Doesn't help that the video guide guy just skips to the ice part without showing how Sorry if the question is dumb but i just can't figure it out
