Flygon can be faster than houndoom, so unless you plan on hp ice on the switch(which wont happen a lot), it won´t get much use, between grass and electric, it all depends whether you want to hit gyarados or quagsire/swampert(even though both get crippled by wow) For the evs, I would need to do calcs, while sp atk can increase your hp and fire stab moves, having crunch/pursuit or even low kick for the snorlax also looks good to me. For the item, Life ball would be the best but a scarf can surprise some things (Also with scarf, hp ice is not the worst idea)

It will get walled by altaria if hp grass or quagsire if hp ice. Tentacruel and miltank also doesnt mind most of its attacks. (Barring hypnosis ofc)

The problem with jynx is that depending on its set, its few checks change. Kinda similar on how gengar deserves a ban from OU, so yeah I agree.

I just choice banded cause its the maximum damage it can do against mawile (barring double edge which recoil hurts) With life orb the damage output is even lower.

While thats true the thing is, if you discover dodrio doesnt have life orb, it becames much easier to counter, if it has, you cant also forget that 10% damage each attack. Also both donphan and armaldo can knock off and somehow cripple the next pokemon. Dodrio is indeed op right now but still...
