论坛是一个游戏社交平台，也是展示游戏内容的地方，让对游戏第一次认识的人留下印象的地方，如果是一个玩家自建的普通论坛，我会大费周章的花那么多笔墨提出建议？

其实就是放在以前，活跃的也不是论坛，是常磐，后来变成了枯叶，一直到开放了合众、pvp 排位系统、交易行，枯叶才变成现在的样子（虽然现在人也不少，但是跟以前真的没得比

4。论坛确实有不足，但是上面提出的大部分跟我们高冷的官方作风不合（预告等，“预告”在游戏早期已经变成了一个梗
5。版权？这跟官方没有关系。官方只是提供了一个让各位有rom的玩家一个一起玩的“平台”
6。玩家发的帖大部分跟封号事宜有关，这个不能怪到官方吧（？）发帖的人不是官方，是用错管道的人
7。你可以觉得论坛力度不如某吧，企鹅平台，但是个人发言不能代表全体玩家（？）难道只有国人玩家才是人吗？
（随便喷，我只是一个懂中文的外国人）
8。至于活动为什么难以活跃气氛，个人觉得是因为奖品最后只会属于那3-4个人。1000人参与，4/1000获奖，10w人参与，4/10w 获奖。谢点不去
结语：
论坛确实有不足，但是我还是希望官方可以看到一些好的建议贴并加以实行

No, you can't use virtual machine.

You may not use any virtual machine software to run the Game, including but not limited to:
- VMWare, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, KVM or any other desktop virtual machine software.
- BlueStacks, NoxPlayer, MEmu Player, Android Virtual Device (AVD) or any other Android emulator.
You can use multiple device though, eg mobile + PC or any other combinations.
Or you could get help from friends (trusted one, ofc)

Kanto: 20/26/32/37/46/47/50/55/62/100
Hoenn: 20/24/28/33/35/38/44/47/58/100
Unova: 20/24/27/31/35/38/42/45/56/100
Sinnoh: 20/26/29/34/37/42/45/50/60/100
It is level cap for badge progressions.
So maybe you would want to go to Unova E4 (lower cap than Sinnoh), Hoenn E4, then Sinnoh E4. Note that pokemons will keep experience gained so don't do any battle in-between when you switch regions, else they may go beyond the obedience level for next region.
I belived Moxie Krokodile crashes almost everything in Unova and Sinnoh. Good luck to you
