Pokémon with higher Speed at the start of any turn will generally make a move before ones with lower Speed,  in the case that two Pokémon have the same Speed, one of them will randomly go first   Boost Speed Items
- Quick Powder (only for ditto) - Salac berry boosts speed one stage at 25% hp
- Quick Claw prioritizes the users first move, as does custap berry - Choice Scarf boosts speed by 1.5x, but restricts the user to one move - X-speed raises speed one level, but like all stat boosts disappears after switching   Boost Speed Abilities - Sand Rush doubles speed in sand
- Chlorophyll doubles speed in sun
- Swift Swim doubles speed in rain
- Quick Feet boosts speed when statused
- Unburden boosts speed when the item is lost
- Moody may boost speed at the end of each turn 
- Steadfast boosts speed when the holder flinches - Speed Boost raises the holders speed by one level each turn - Motor Drive boosts speed when hit with an electric type move   Boost Speed Moves - Dragon Dance raises the user's Attack and Speed by one stage as a primary effect. - Shift Gear raises the user's Attack by one stage and its Speed by two stages as a primary effect.
- Flame Charge has a 100% chance of raising the user's Speed by one stage as a secondary effect.
- Quiver Dance raises the user's Special Attack, Special Defense and Speed by one stage as a primary effect.
- Agility, Autotomize (also halves the user's weight) and Rock Polish raise the user's Speed by two stages as a primary effect. - Shell Smash raises the user's Attack, Special Attack and Speed by two stages as a primary effect but also lowers its Defense and Special Defense by one stage.

This gengar theme has been created since Gengar will lose his "levitation" ability this was very good in pvp with his ability and I have made this.

What do I want to do? I got a big big idea with a friend, mmo community still growing and I think it's time to do something huge for all the community, chinesse, brasilians, koreans and all the countrys of this big and beautiful mmo community, I think it's time to do something big 'cause we don't have for now a new PSL, that can be make some other members more active. I will left something clear, the mods can play this tournament too, this tournament is for all the community even If Kyu wanna play it or Desu, they can play it just like all of us, they will need competitive pokemon.
 
 
How would it be? We already have the format, will be single elimination and will play 5 VS 5 (I will share an example), in this cup every country will have only 1 representative team. If a country have more than 1 team that wanna play in name of their country then both teams will play a match in the current format of the tournament. 
 
What I need? I wanna discuss about have some donations and have voluntary referis for this Huge tournament I wanna make, I wanna know what u think about this idea, u can suggest but please try to be respectul at least a little bit, I just wanna do something good for this community.

On the request of @FallenKings, I worked a bit on an old theme: 
I put some effort into it, and I was gonna give it to him as a present, since he seemed rather enthusiastic about it xD
I put more than a few hours into this, so I thought I'd upload it either way.

If anyone wants to pickup from here to completely revive the original theme, be my guest. ^^ 
(Since I kindda lost interest in finishing the last bits of it)

Hope you're entertained and, ummm I won't be updating this, but as I said, anyone who wants to use this go for it.

What is still missing that can easily be added:
-Buttons'/Boxes' colors.
-General widget looks.
-Fonts.

What is missing that I'm not sure about:
-The Spheal icon next to the bag. (not sure if that's still possible to do)
-The widget holding the items.

So I did the hard part basically xD
 

Updated with latest fixes and changes being:
A small change to the "back" button to fit the theme more. (In the battle) A small change and the readjusting of the loading screen picture. Changed the "dc" icon. Changed the "gender" icons. Changed the color of the particle indicator. Changed the positioning of some particle icons to be centered correctly in the "particles" tab.
(Couldn't find a mon with candy particles equipped on the GTL, so not sure about that one. I still centered it in relevance with the others) Played around with the "bat" particle icon to make it more... bat like? and lively? idk xD Changed the hot key indicators in the "moves" tab in the pokemon summary to fit the theme more. Fixed and readjusted the status ailments and kept the old poison indicator since it fits better with the others 
(There is a weird new one that looks almost the same but a bit different, no idea why)  New Links...

M8, this is simply the best theme at the moment! Thank you so much! There is only one issue, it doesnt have a particle tab in the summary, so is impossible to see that. Can you add that tab please? It would make this theme completely perfect! Thanks again.

I had two options, either to make this a very long boring topic, or to state some facts real quick.

1- I released a small pokedex change the other day.
2- A guy called X contacted me about reviving a project from 2013.
3- I modified and adjusted it to fit with the new client.
4- I added a few changes and twists to be proud of it, I think.

According to X, the original theme was made by people called Fuark, Zoubek and Fable.
So I credit them for the base of the theme, on which I built my ideas.
Here is what to expect from the theme:
There are various other changes, including the loading screen.. edited a random good looking wallpaper from DA and used it.
You'll see all other changes as you play ?

Steps to install:
1- extract "POER" where it was downloaded
2- Go to "--\Pokemmo\data\themes"
3- Copy "POER" into themes 
4- Load the theme from settings > interface > POER.

Some final thoughts.. in fine print :V
1- Some pokemons kindda escape the theme proportions but they barely do and it still looks neat.
2- I don't know how it'd look with certain mods, just putting this fact out here.
3- The search bar is kindda out of position sometimes, sorry about that.
4- I hope you like the trainer's card =w=.
