So I've been scrolling through my pokedex looking for any mons I may have missed (never actually played B&W outside of here), and noticed that a bunch of my gen 1 pokes' entries are blue instead of the otherwise green/white. Farfetch'd, Mr. Mime, Jynx, Omanyte, and Omastar all have blue entries for me. Anyone know what this is/why this is happening?

Is Dual Chop supposed to hit pokemon that use fly? *edit* Not sure if this is in the right section.

The NPC docs don't restore PP from what I'm experiencing.
