add jumpeon to the game as a capturable pokemon

Ok, ok. I know that is not a big difference on the game, but i think, at least in my opinion, that jumpeon is pokemon to good for just to be an April's fools joke

We don't need meme fakemons in game. Jumpeon is nothing more than a meme and should stay as such.

There's a pretty big difference between adding something as a temporary boss encounter and adding it as an obtainable species. The former is fine as it doesn't affect the core gameplay, but the latter is something that feels too inauthentic and drives people away as a result.

 

Maybe he'll be back another year, but we have no intention of making him catchable, sorry.
