I would like to thank @Edniss for his contribution to most of the prize costs for each Coin and Battle Point Prize Center. Before we dive into prize exchange rates, I must inform you about the ways to receive your Coin Case in Kanto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh (there is no Coin Case in Unova): Coin Case Locations Kanto: Go to Celadon City and talk to a man located at the top left of the cafeteria. The cafeteria building is directly south of the Casino. Hoenn: First, you will need Harbor Mail which can be found in Slateport PokeMart. Then, you can go to the house left of Mauville City's PokeMart and speak to the nice lady. She will exchange the Harbor Mail for your Coin Case. Sinnoh: Go to Veilstone City and visit the house west of the Game Corner Building. Chat with the Clown inside to receive his Coin Case by guessing his left or right hand. Johto: Communicate with Mr. Game over in Goldenrod City's Game Corner. He can give you a Coin Case upon communication, however the only way to obtain Coins is by playing the Voltorb Flip Game. If you complete up to 8 Rounds, then you can obtain the Explosive Hat (it even has a special animation). However, feel free to exchange PokeYen for Coins in another region if the Voltorb Flip Game is not your strongpoint. Now that you have the Coin Case on hand, it is time for you to exchange your PokeYen to Coins. Unlike Coins, you do not need a special case to hold your Battle Points. However, there are certain methods of obtaining Battle Points: Defeat the Elite Four in either Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, or Unova. This also works for Elite Four Rematches after the story mode. PvP Ranked Matchmaking Battles. Battling to keep the Legendary that you held (King of The Hill Style). If you beat your challenger, then 1,000 Battle Points will be awarded to you for fending off the challenger. Challenging Red at Mt. Silver in the Johto Region (In order to access this area, you must first complete the Story Mode Elite Four in all 5 Regions and complete the all National PokeDexs). You can only fight him once a week. Winning the Trainer Tower (Kanto) or one of the Battle Frontier Battle Buildings (Hoenn). You used certain methods to obtain your Battle Points, now it is time to exchange those points for prizes.
