What about a major event where you have to battle a powerful pokemon trainer and when you win, you will obtain the Alola forms of either Vulpix or Sandshrew (Note: They have to be 6x15, untradeable and shiny-locked and Vulpix should be pure Ice-type)?
When the event is over, These pokemon can be caught in the wild, with high rarity
