How and where to submit a report against a user in game?

I'm fairly new to the system here so I have no clue how to report a certain user in game. I have Screen shots of the person's violation as well but just not sure how to submit it. If someone can please help me out here a little.

and always should to put username and password of your game account that you use and creat a ticket there , good luck

No, please dont.

 

Some players assume scam, but sometimes irl situations happens and sometimes they report wrong player. 

 

Please never make it public.
