[MOD] PokeMMO Music Remastered - Complete Music Overhaul

An attempt at replacing all the music with remastered versions while avoiding swapping tracks out for completely different ones as much as possible. I have also tried to balance the volume as best i can. I am using official soundtracks as much as possible and the latest versions of remastered tracks and have used the highest quality sources i can find. I have also looped most of the tracks. This is probably the most complete remastered audio mod on the forums to date but there is still work to be done. I am actively updating the mod as i play through the game and finding missing tracks so expect updates in the future!

The mod should also be Android compatible

(I should have given them credit from the start but i'm an idiot and forgot i actually used some of the tracks but it's no excuse and i hope they can forgive me <3)

 

 

 

 

 

 

If anyone finds missing tracks and wants to help out then that will speed things up and would be greatly appreciated. I would like to know where the missing track is in game and what the ID is. You can find out the ID by typing /bgm in the chat box when the track is playing.
Also kindly let me know if there are any tracks playing in completely the wrong place.

Note: If the download is saved as a .mpeg file it needs to be renamed to .mod

Sinnoh is probably the most incomplete as the ID list here on the forums is missing the most and i haven't played that region yet.

The list in that thread is more incomplete than the one you just posted, so you should definitely post it in there too. Both lists are however missing ID 1098 which is Prof. Rowan's Theme. I will share my updated Hoenn list when i am certain it's complete aswell.

Unova: Changed one Trainer Eyes Meet to use proper Unova remastered version

Nice work! It's great to see someone new in the forums putting in so much effort in a mod. There really hasn't been any research on music mods in recent time so an update to the id list would be greatly appreciated. What's missing from music mods being more widespread is probably loop point support for other files than midi.

Hoenn: Battle Tents now use correct track (finally found a decent remastered version) & changed Battle Factory to Zame remix (more faithful to original)

Sinnoh: Corrected Victory! (Elite 4) & Battle! (Regirock/Registeel/Regice), added Battle! (Team Galactic Commander) & Snowpoint Temple

Updated Kanto to v1.1

 

Kanto: Changed a couple of the Sevii Islands tracks, i wanted them to have there own unique renditions which differ from the versions i'm using for Kanto and the ones i will be using for Johto (when i can get started on it!) now that it's officially announced

In PC? Right click on PokeMMO icon, open file location, there into the root folders of pokeMMO go to data AND inside "mods" you put this mod, then into the game open mod manager activate the mod, save and that should do after the game resets itself, good luck

Wow, I just realized what happened /where the confusion was.

 

First, thanks for taking the time to explain. 🙂

 

Second, the link is for a .mod file. But Firefox/GDrive/MacOS made it a .mpeg file

 

So I was very confused, since that wouldn't work. Converting to .mod and it's fine, thanks!

Absolutely in love with this mod and I appreciate all of the effort you put into making it!  Loaded onto PC perfectly with no issue but my two iOS devices encountered an error when uploading (only tested with General & Kanto downloads)

Updated Sinnoh to 1.3

 

Sinnoh: Corrected Rowan's Lab & corrected Rowan's theme to be the correct pitch, corrected Giratina Appears Part 1 & 2 & added a few other tracks.

 

That should be the pretty much all of Sinnoh completed

How do I convert the file to .mod? I tried renaming the file and adding .mod at the end, but that didn't work 😕

Unova: Updated Route 10 & Pokemon League to latest Zame remaster
