Why is this a feature

i mostly play on mobile (a tablet for multi tasking playing and watch shows) and it got annoying holding it for hours so i invested in a bluetooth keyboard only to find out i cant change key bindings on movement keys and have to use arrows. why? wasd is way superior and my hot keys Q E R F X and SPACE so having wasd would be goated for me "maybe its just a skill issue with me"

You can add a wireless keyboard to your Android/Mobile and get benefit from this keys, I guess

I'm not a mobile player, but if it were me I would look for a profile settings file and manually change them to WASD in the meantime.

Thats what i did but i cant change movement keys that my issue

You should be able to rebind them if you disable "Show Onscreen Controls" from Settings -> Interface.
