Wisps & New Alpha Pokémon on Halloween Event

Hey @Rache is the Wisps will be Returned on Halloween Event? If yes, then I'm thinking here since Johto is Released, what Alpha Pokémon will it be as Wisp in Johto? For me I'm guessing it will be Alpha Mismagius for sure & idk where to put these Pumpkins in these Location Spot in Johto?

My best guess for the Pumpking location in Johto is definitely Ecruteak City. Kanto, Hoenn, Sinnoh, and Unova have a similar city location pattern, which the city after the 3rd gym. More than that, this spot is very spacious and likely to be the Pumpking location. What do you think?

It's Good Location Spot but for me... My Guess of Pumpking Location will be at Top Left Miltank's Barn because it's Farm & they don't know about Coyntryside lol.
