Items have been disappearing

Hello!
I've come here regarding the disappearance of items from pokemon - more specifically, from when you get an item that a pokemon is holding. It has happened to me at least twice, but I only confirmed it today, when I lost a choice scarf. Most items are so cheap that it wouldn't make a difference, but for Choice items or more it's quite an annoying thing. I'd like to ask for it to be looked into if possible, as it left a bitter taste

The right place for that would be on support, but I find unlikely that items are disappearing, are you sure you didn't leave them on mons that are on daycare for example?

For missing items you can make a ticket on the support platform by logging in with your in game credentials:

https://support.pokemmo.com/

or from in game with menu>support request.

As mentioned they are likely somewhere else and not gone but we would try to help locate them.
