[Denied]Implement a (wild) Pokemon with the Move "Heal Bell"

For breeding purposes, I think it would be great if we had access to that move. It would add some more variety to the pokes.

 

I was thinking Skitty. Nobod would use it competitively, so it would have no impact on the metagame other than breeding heal bell into pokes.

Have not really been battling lately but I'm sure AT blissey is everywhere now, so this would add variety to the meta too.

No because they will decide what pokemon they will put in the wild. We don't need new pokemon at this point because it makes future regions useless.

If you are borderline autistic, you can get it using Metronome.

Metronome, Mimic and Mirror Move are all dead ends. There is no way to get Heal bell. I don't think the meta is ready for stronger walls.
