I like that Piloswine, but she might not be big enough for being an evolution.  (I know it's technically a middle one, but not until Gen IV with Mamoswine.) :unsure:

Eyes better. Made a lot of other adjustments. Legs still scare me. Is it ready for wispy things? Once I put wispy things, things will be hard to change.

 

 

Edit: Also, down to 15 colors. Don't know best way to spend it.

These are sprites I want to add, but need some polishing first:

Backsprite's body needs to be thicker. Sidebangs for both front and back need triming/cleaning up. Shiny variation does not standout enough.

 

The hair color is too saturated due to how it's shaded, and too "shiny" looking. The backsprite's goggles are wrong perspective (looks flat instead of having depth as it approaches the center of the goggle). Could try adding eyebrow on backsprite.

 

Not sure myself, but it feels like it's still rough.

 

Need backsprite.

Messed around with steelix who had 18 colors. I don't think I tracked down all the unnescary color but it's 16 in this version. I noticed that there isn't a lot of black hair moemon.
