LETS NOT RUIN IT . I really hope this becomes a sort of monthly/ uncommon tourney type like monotype instead of a one time gimmick, although dnite will probably need to get the boot then. They are Pokemon who are strong but not strong enough to shine in OU. Dragonite does NOT fit this definition. Maybe you should have called the tournament "OU underdogs" or something if this is what you wanted. Maybe I'm just paying too much attention to semantics though. BL is determined strictly on strength. IN UU. Pokemon who are in BL are not "Pokemon who are strong but not strong enough to shine in OU", that's absolutely false. Kyurem-B/Keldeo were BL in 6th gen, and they were amazing picks for OU. Literally all BL means is too strong for UU, but lacking the usage to be considered OU. The allowed pokemon in this tournament is based on usage. If Dragonite doesn't meet the usage cutoff point, then he's allowed unless it's decided he should be moved up. tl;dr you are arguing mostly meaningless semantics, yes, but you're still wrong JSTUD 1 Link to comment
