Possibly as a craftable item (with the new berry system), buyable item or item you can find (pickup). For those who don't know, honey is pretty much a consumable which acts identical to sweet scent. Cons: - leppa berries might indirectly make this item useless, as 1 leppa berry = 2 sweet scents Pros: + money sink + less tedious than using a leppa berry on sweet scent every so often + don't have to carry around a sweet scent user Enaross, Bearminator, Gilan and 4 others 7 Link to comment

Basically if it's an item from an actual Pokemon game it needs to come from the rom, and only the gen 3 roms are a requirement to play, so only those items can be added. I could be completely wrong though but I'm pretty sure that was the reason given in a thread about future gen TMs a long ass time ago. Granted they could just give it a different name I guess. Features Added Sweet Scent out of battle functionality Sweet Scent is a move which triggers a wild encounter on activation.
