Cacha
I suggest banning this movement, why ban dragon fury that has fixed damage of 40ps and not ban one that has fixed damage of 50? It a illogical. Link to comment
0 Munya
Seismic isn't a fixed 50 damage, its based on user level. Dragon rage is 40 damage regardless of level and is only banned in little cup where it would oneshot everything. Dibz, gbwead, soyhector and 2 others 4 1 Link to comment
0 Lin
Assuming you are referring to the moves 'Dragon Rage' and 'Seismic Toss'. I figure you may not fully understand how these moves work. Dragon Rage is only banned in LC because Dragon Rage does a fixed 40 HP damage every time and since nothing in LC has more than 40 HP at level 5; not banning Dragon Rage would render the tier pointless. Seismic Toss however deals damage equal to the user's level so at a Level 5 LC game will only deal 5 HP damage (much less than Dragon Rage and not ban worthy). In other tiers, Seismic Toss will be dealing 50 damage which at Level 50 will still on average 3HKO a Pokemon at best if even that and does only slightly more than Dragon Rage which is not banned in OU/UU/NU.
