I think that move tutor is in Driftvril city inside a house with a cool trainer Also not sure if the Hydro Cannon move tutor at Route 13 in Unova is functional. Bf may need to check up on that tutor. @Bestfriends

We have a lot of regions already which would increase the difficulty curve for newer players. Pokemon's region structure is fine as is. No need for an increase nor a decrease.

How about JohNo? Why is Johto not needed? 1. All the Johto mons are implemented on Pokemmo. 2. The two Kantos problem 3. More important priorities: Hidden Abilities, Legends, etc. 4. Overwhelming the new players with 5 regions now + 1 if the new Kanto is counted. 5. Too many NPCs and Gyms which would cause serious inflation problems. I can go on, but Johto should be a meme instead of an actual goal.

I think that there is a simple solution. Flip the Hidden Ability and the Normal ability exclusively on Pokemmo. Normal Ability: Rough Skin Hidden Ability: Sand Veil @Edniss was on the right track, but this may help in truly balancing Garchomp.

We have enough regions to travel through. Instead of being ungrateful, let's thank the developers for what we have now. 4 regions now! I recall when we only had Kanto. Thank you @Desu @Kyu and @Shu for implementing Sinnoh. You could of chosen the easy way out by implementing all the missing Sinnoh mons in Unova at different locations. The fact that you chose to make a whole new region for us the players is wonderful!

Try for around a base 250-300 to see if that helps.
